• CAT RP6500E is a 6500W portable generator that is powered by a reliable Caterpillar 420cc OHV engine with a max 3600-RPM. The starting power is 8125-Watts while the running power is 6500-Watts. It has an electric and recoil start system.
• This 120V / 240V @ 60-Hz model has a 12-hour runtime at 50% load. It runs more quietly as compared to other generators in its class
• The engine has a cast-iron sleeve and uses the splash oil lubrication system. Recommended oil is SAE30 or 10W-30. The engine protects itself by shutting down when the oil level is low. The heavy-duty roll cage reduces vibration.
• The extra-large fuel tank stores 7.9-gallons or 30-liters of gasoline and has an easy to read fuel gauge.
• It has a smart alternator with an automatic voltage regulator (AVR) that guards all the expensive sensitive electronics against voltage fluctuations that damage microcircuits.
• The padded, double-hinged handle and never go flat tires make it easy to move around.
