WESTINGHOUSE IGEN4500DF 3700W DUAL FUEL GENERATOR
I ordered this on a Wednesday afternoon, the day after a hurricane/tropical storm affected our area of Florida. The unit arrived on Friday mid day. Everything was as advertised and in perfect shape. After adding oil and connecting the battery, the unit started right up when hooked to a propane tank. It is quiet running and should do nicely in the event of a future power failure.

Followed the instructions and everything started right up with propane. I will try the gasoline side in the spring. I will also need to find out how well it performs with the RV A/C load.

Product as expected
Generator was well packaged. Took approximately 15 minutes to unbox, add the supplied engine oil, the battery, and to have the generator cranked and running. This is the IGen 4500DF dual fuel. Cranks easily and runs quietly. Switching fuels is simply a matter of turning the feel selector switch. The remote start/stop work’s from as far as approximately 100 feet.

Worked very well. I've used it one week, off and on. 30ft camper. A/C mostly. That used 25%. Microwave and hairdryer a few times....no issues.

Great for camping and power outage
This is just what I needed with all the benefits of propane and gas. It is powerful and quiet and will serve as a camping as well as an emergency power for our home.

Dual fuel is a must have.
In the RV world a secondary source of power is a must. I wanted something that could power my entire RV without having to buy a large generator. I knew that I would need to parallel in order to power my entire RV and I didn't want the exhaust smell of gas stinking up the campsite. After researching several generator inverters I purchased the Westinghouse iGen 4500DF. I was very impressed with the quality right out of the box and was even more impressed after hooking up propane and starting it up. The generator is super quiet and when ran on propane leaves no nasty exhaust odor. When paralleled the iGen 4500DF powers my entire RV including both 15,000btu AC units. I couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend the iGen 4500DF.

Power & Efficiency with the push of a button
Searched some time for the right portable power source & I made the right choice. Pulled this out of the box, went through the initial setup, connected lp tank, used the remote fob starter & & it started immediately. Ran it on both propane & gasoline. Incredibly efficient, quiet running & easy portability. I made the right choice!

Perfect for the RV Crowd!
Spent a lot of time looking at best power/efficiency/weight/cost benefit. This Westinghouse dual fuel model wins hands down. The power that is needed for my RV, quiet so I don't bother the neighbors (too much) and dual fuel for versatility. Remote start is great for my wife plus it's light enough we can put it in our truck bed.

Quiet power
The iGen 4500DF was easy to setup as it only required connecfing the battery, adding fuel and the supplied oil. The generator started up on propane right away and it doesn't miss a beat when switching to gasoline. It easily handles running a small air compressor, router and miter saw, all at the same time. I especially like how quiet it is and the remote start is very handy.
This is a lot of generator for the money. I am very satisfied with the iGen 4500DF and recommend it to others looking for a quiet, full featured generator..
