Have not used yet
I ordered this product in May for hurricane season and received it at the end of October. Due to parts delayed was the answer I got. but I have 2 friends who have this product and I seen it work. It is a very good generator and compact as well. the duel fuel is a big plus.

Very Good Generator
We bought this generator in March '20 and just used it to power our house over the past three days after severe storms and power outage. It worked perfectly in all respects and was super easy to use, gas up, etc., and very quiet. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Good so far
Started and runs fine on propane at 3,000 foot elevation not to loud if you point exhaust away from camper. When you fill the oil some will spill into housing and later dripp. Happy with it for the test run seem like a fine generator.

Leaking gas
Leaking gas from carburetor.. I’ve called the manufacturer and AP electric sent both of them pictures and they have done nothing about it. Brand new unit not happy!

Great Generator
Everything worked right out of the box perfectly. It makes a LOT of power. My trailer running everything including a 15000 BTU AC, a microwave and an electric water heater doesn't top this out. It is heavy but reasonable weight for what it can do. I may get a ramp to roll it up into my truck but I can lift it with some effort.

Nice generator
The generator came in perfect condition. I did the break-in as directed, and so far it’s worked great. Yes it’s a bit loud, but nothing like my open frame. I would recommend it to anyone for a bigger unit that’s easy to use and will run a 15000 BTU RV AC unit

Great Generator
I bought this to replace my two Yamaha i2000 generators. Even with "Easy Start" installed on my two air conditions the Yamahas hook in parallel was unable to power them. The two Yamahas weight about 90 pounds together and this Westinghouse weights only about 9 pounds more and it runs so much more in my 5th wheel. Generator took a long time to arrive since it was back ordered but was worth the wait. I arrived in perfect condition. I added the supplied oil a couple of gallons of gas and it started right up. Did not run it on propane yet. Seems like a great replacement.
