15 & 30 RES Oil Filter
It's an oil filter - however, the 30 RES has issues with the lubrication system which are mitigated by the availability of the oil makeup kit and the low oil pressure switch replacement kit. That's why I only use the Kohler replacement filter rather than the AC Delco filter and any of the after market filters.
