This new wireless kit expands ability to connect the homeowner’s router and generator when running a Cat5 cable is not feasible, an easy option to provide remote monitoring

Connecting OnCue Plus allows you to:

  • Review active alerts
  • See Home Power status (Utility or Generator)
  • Manage loads (if PIM and/or load shed kits installed)
  • Start or Stop an exercise
  • Change exercise settings
  • Monitor performance parameters of your generator
  • Receive email or text notifications on faults and exercise updates

    Setup and operation went well. A little confusion when registering generator onto the OnCue platform: Need to use serial number and pass code from the generator controller.
