Power delivery is regulated by Kohler’s Fast-Response® X excitation system, utilizing a rare-earth permanent magnet alternator to deliver ±1% voltage regulation and <3.5% total harmonic distortion (THD). This makes the 60RCLB safe for powering computers, HVAC systems, and other microprocessor-based electronics. With the ability to accept 100% rated load in one step and deliver up to 144 kVA peak motor starting capacity, this unit is built for resilience during sudden surges or startup loads.
The RDC2 digital controller provides centralized management of generator and transfer switch functions.
