    Customer Service is Terrible

Posted by Unknown on Dec 16, 2019

I bought this well over a month ago. Got tracking it down and the manufacturer for some reason shipped it to someone else in another state. I have made three phone calls since and have been promised a follow up and a call back but I never do get a call back. The last time I talked to them, they said "this is ridiculous. I will turn this over to my manager and let him contact them." That was last week and I have not heard anything.

    Impressive cable

The cable is well made and had a feature to shut off/on each outlet, which I did not expect. I was impressed with the design and quality of construction.

Power go down? You NEED this generator.

Posted by David Gubser on Jul 04, 2019

Fill with fluids, pull choke, push on/off to on, turn gas vent to on. ENJOY! Great little generator, easy to use, easy to start, ran the fridge, large TV, 2 computers and lighting with ease. I can't believe how quiet it is and best of all, ran 8 1/2 hrs. on 1 gal of gas. I was so impressed I bought a second one and a tandem cord so i could run one or both depending on how much power I wanted.
Pros: Super quiet; has Econ mode that just sucks enough gas to run what's plugged in.
    Cons: None

    Camping Necessity

One 2200iXLT will power a 13,500 ac and the converter. Two in parallel will power a 13,500 ac, a 15,000 ac, the converter and some voltage to the 110/120 outlets. Comparably as quiet as similar size units. Very easy to start and operate. Highly recommended.

    Simple Parallel

Posted by Unknown on Jul 10, 2017

Hooking up in parallel could not be easier. With (2) iGen2000s I can power my travel trailer AC, Refer and misc other items. Easy instructions. Works great.

    Easy To Use

Posted by DW Johnson on Jun 13, 2016

Follow Instructions and you have 4200 watts to distribute or use the RV outlet to send 30 amps (120 volt) to a RV Connector. I would have preferred a 3-prong twist connection, but you can purchase an adapter that allows for that. Since I don't use this for a RV, I put on an adapter that gives me a 15/20 amp "normal" three prong outlet giving me three outlets (with the two "normal" outlets on the Parallel Power Cord) to distribute the 4200 available watts.
