My new home is not built yet so this 24 KW is not installed. I will update this review but I can say that I have had Generac whole house generators on my last two homes one a 12 KW and one a 22KW and they have never let me down. I have always done my own servicing and It's easy to do.
I'm hoping that when it comes time to install this 24KW there is no damage or missing parts and the install goes smooth. This is my 3rd order from AP Electric and I would highly recommend them as they are best in price and best in service.
