200 amp transfer switch is misleading
the 22000kw package is actually 100 amp generator. Skipping the "mumbo jumbo" ( a technical term for BS) better explore absolute tech specs from generac before purchase. Having said that, I now understand how the auto load shedding works, if you pay an extra $200 per 4 circuits for attached extra circuit box(es) etc etc. Still: this is the best package in this class even if it does not do1 watt more work than my replaced 22 year old tired 20000 kw Dayton. Heckofa lot quieter too.

Very Lucky
We ordered our 22kW Generac 70432 generator in Feb when they were running a sale. It was installed before the Nor'easter came through and knocked out power. I know call me generator the beast. Neighbors power did not get restored for 19 hours. We were without power for 10 - 15 seconds. As I was working from because of the coronavirus I never missed a beat. It is paying for itself already in last than month. Very happy with my purchase. This is a reputable website and their customer service people know the product and frontwards and backwards. They even have an electrician on staff.
