Generac 70432 22kW Guardian Generator with Wi-Fi & 200A SE Transfer Switch

One of the few places I called that had this unit in stock. No BS either telling me it was in stock when it wasn't. I had the tracking number the next day. Arrived in 3 days. Nice outfit.

I did not know anything about generators before calling AP Electric & Generator. Very patient working with on explaining the ins and outs of generators and the different brands. Never any sales pressure to purchase. I called 3 different times asking different questions each time. I wa going to buy a Kohler 20kW but there were none available nor could I find them anywhere else. Genrac 70432 was the next best thing. Free pleased with how the sales process went and arrived in 3 days from order. Highly recommend this outfit.

Life saver. I bought this generator during the free 10 year warranty period in late July. It was installed in the second week of August. No issues. Florence hits the 14th and lose power that day for 38 hours. Worked better than advertised. Most popular guy in the neighborhood. You should be getting more business from my neighborhood as I highly recommended your organization to buy from.

Always Always make sure you inspect your generator before accepting delivery. AP Electric went above and beyond to emphasize this. It was on the sales order, it was on the box, sales person told me about it. Low and behold when I lifted the box cover off there was a large dent. Refused shipment and called AP Electric and they sent a replacement generator out that same day. I would strongly recommend taking the box off for if I had not done that I may have not seen the dent(AP Electric told me to do this). Damage was not AP Electric's fault for I learned that the carrier must sign that is undamaged before the pick up from AP Electric. I could not be more pleased by how this situation was handled by AP Electric. A+++. The risk you run after talking to AP Electric and the Carrier is that if you don't inspect the generator and is it ends up being damaged after your signed for it that it was undamaged it will be very difficult to make a claim. The carrier explained it to me very clearly. A generator is picked up for the manufacturer and at that time they inspect it. It is then delivered to a distributor and they inspect it. It then ships from the distributor to a the customer. If they don't inspect it and accept it and damage is discovered after the fact there is nobody to point a finger at for at every step everybody inspected and signed for it as undamaged. Sorry for the lengthy discussion. However, I don't want anybody to get burned. If I did not inspect and later it was discovered it was damaged I clearly now understand I would not have a leg to stand on to file the claim. It only took me like 3 minutes to inspect. cheap insurance policy. Love the way AP Electric handled the damaged product. Class company.

I like the Wifi enabled bit on this Generac 22kw 70432 Generator. Very useful when we are on vacation. Installed in July and no issues so far. Also no outages so far

I am and electrician and I have been buying these Generac 22kW generators for several years. Only difference from the old model to new model is the WiFi which many people don't use. Always great service from AP Electric & Generators.
