Decided to get a generator after Hurricane Matthew. Checked on line for prices and size found AP Electric had the best prices. Also I am confident in the Westinghouse brand. It arrived on schedule, very little setup (10 minutes) started up first try. Completely satisfied !

Great so far! We lost power for approximately 30 hrs post hurricane Matthew and the generator worked perfectly powering two full size refrigerators , a freezer, a small AC, fish tank, some lights,and cell phone chargers. Wife was able to hook up the power and start the generator with no issues because I was at work (emergency services.). Took delivery one week prior to storm after I had to reschedule twice due to being at work. Very Profesional freight company and very easy purchasing through Apelectric.com. Thanks

I ordered this unit by phone and arranged a specific delivery time with the sales rep to be sure someone was at my residence to receive the generator. Everything went according to plan and the generator arrived in less than a week from the time of shipping. (the FedEx tracking number provided did not work though?)
The generator came in time for Hurricane Mathew, although we did not lose power for long. The Westinghouse 7500 set up fast, runs quiet, and powers everything I own when rationing electricity to various needs. As an example, I can run my 2 refrigerators and 2 large capacity freezers (plus house lighting) without experiencing generator load issues.

Ran great once I got it started.
Recently ran it during Hurricane Matthew for 24 hours. Powered many necessary appliances. Initial startup was problematic however. Turned over but wouldn't start. Pulled plug, getting spark but no gas smell on plug. I next put in 3 - Tylenol droppersful of gas and it started immediately. Ran perfectly after that, needing to refuel at 11 hours.

Super value, easy setup, purrs like a kitten
Delivered yesterday afternoon. Did not install wheels or handle, but bolted it to back porch which will be it's home near the breaker box where I will have a transfer box installed. Added oil and a little gas for a test run. Started immediately with a toggle of electric start. Ran for about 1/2 hour. It's amazingly quiet. I was standing inside the door where it was running - sounded no louder than a house fan running at high speed. Looking forward to having heat and lights next time the power goes out.

Westinghouse 7500 watt generator
Best bang for your buck I've found been thru two other different brand generators and payed more for them same watts. Westinghouse 7500 is much quieter and noticeably more fuel efficient than them they came with two year warranty and Westinghouse has three both of the other two didn't lasted thru warranty with out having problems and long waits on parts. Only got 100 hours on it so time will tell?

she'll do the job
although we purchased this for hurricane outages ,I put it to the test . it runs our 1.5 hp well pump with ease . This was not run when house was plugged in ,,,,,Plugged in the house with heat pump air con off , and hot water heater off . Ran the rest . That's 3chest freezers lg fridge 5 ceiling fans and lights then turn on the micro wave and it was still all good .. I have a 6500 watt diesel generator that will not do this .. And by the wayAp generators have the best price and were very helpful !
