Runs Great, Won't STOP!!!
Received the WH2400i from AP Electric and Generators. Filled with oil and gasoline and started it up. Started great and ran for about an hour. Used it for vacuum and a couple of other things trying it out, worked fine . Went to shut it off and it refused to shut off spent next 10-15 minutes trying to figure out why it won't shut off finally had to disconnect spark plug to get it to shut down getting an nice shock in the process. Upon calling AP Electric & Generator I was told this is a warranty problem and to contact Westinghouse. I did and they sent me to their local service associates. I brought it in and they had the same problem including getting a shock trying to shut it off. So now waiting for estimated 2-3 weeks before they can get around to seeing if they can fix it. So I am NOT very happy with this purchase right now.

WH2400i 2400W Digital Inverter Generator
I like the generator, I have used it to run a skill saw, a small electric chain saw,and a leaf blower all at separate times, no problems.
My reason for the four stars is that the instructions are for multiple units and not specific for this model, makes it a little hard to follow and some of the items could go into more detail. -
Does what it says at a tremendous value
AP Electric got this generator to me promptly. Setup was quick and easy, and it ran a (rated) 1200W vacuum in eco mode without blinking during initial start-up and check-out. Met, if not exceeded, noise expectations. Not at all a "lawn mower."

Very Nice Generator
I ordered a 2400I and received it and it would not start !!! I am a auto shop owner 63 yrs old and am very familiar with generators so i sent AP Electric a message and they shipped another one right out even before they picked the other one up !!! New one arrived yesterday and filled it with oil and gas and 1 pull and BINGO--it was running and i was very pleased with the customer service--Top notch !!!! I will update this after our trip in June to the mountains of Montana !!!

Good So Far
After a small issue with the paperwork not printing when I first ordered it( a phone call 2 days later resolved it), I had it in two days! Very surprised. read the book, a little, and followed the setup instructions. One slow pull to get a feel for it, and it cranked the first real pull. Quiet.
Have not gotten to put it to real use, but a trip to the lease is coming quick! I will try it out under real loads and will update after.
