Great price, fast, courteous delivery by ESTES trucking
Ordered in Monday received it on Wednesday at noon. Put the oil in, filled with gas, attached battery plug. Hit the start button, started and run in about two revolutions.
Mounted it on the back of my camper, where the failed Honda was. Runs air and microwave. Without a problem. So far I'm really pleased with the product and this company. -
Excellent generator
This generator started right up using the electric start feature. No hesitation or anything. We connected it to our camper and quickly learned there was a sequence one has to follow to make sure it doesn't trip into overload, but now that we know that, it works perfect! Nice and quiet, too, even with an RV A/C load on it.

A great portable generator.
Out of the box it is a great unit.
I thought it was strange that coming straight from westinghouse you have to take it apart to plug in a couple of connectors.I called westinghouse when I got the unit because it wouldn't start. They said their was a service bulliten about this. I went online to see what was needed and took care of it. Paying $949.00 for the generator and having to take it apart first to get it to start is nuts. Why didn't they connect these plugs at the factory? Why ship out a unit that isn't ready? -
Great generator
Starts every time. runs great. Output is perfect
-
Auto choke not working.
Runs good when I manually choke to start. Still trying to figure out how to make automatic choke work. Quiet generator.

Great quiet power, with tons of features
I have just received my igen4500 about 5 days ago 6/3/18. Apparently westinghouse has updated the front panel on the model to now include a battery switch, however the tt30r is still upside down which is puzzling. The generator was somewhat damaged on shipping. Careless shipping to be blamed I'm sure. However, it runs amazing. On first start up I thought it was in eco mode it was so quiet when actually it was off. Then I turned it on and it seemed quieter than my igen2500. The battery comes pre charged and the float charger that comes with it is convenient. Overall it's a 5 star product but due to the tt30r still being upside down and shipping damage its 4 stars for my review.

Great Generator with Lots of Power and Features!!
This unit has all the bells and whistles. Electric start and remote start. A really neat panel with futuristic gauges. Started well and ran for a short time. Only complaint so far is the RV plug is upside down and there is no manual choke. However, the auto choke is working perfect at the moment. Very quiet and smooth operation.
