Making payment with a check or via wire transfer may delay your order from being processed as we have a "first pay first served policy".

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Currently, AP Electric & Generators only charges sales tax on orders shipping to AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, and WV in the United States and all provinces of Canada. Orders dropped shipped from a manufacturer in a State other than Wisconsin may be subject to their State's sales tax. AP Electric and Generators does not collect sales tax in RI or SD. Internet purchases from those states are not exempt from sales or use tax and those states require purchasers to file a sales or use tax return reporting all purchases for which no tax was collected.

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive and check-in your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged immediately. If the unit is not in stock or back ordered, your payment will be retained to put your order in-line of "first pay first serve".
