The Genrerac 7043 22KW Guardian Generator works great. We were very happy with AP electric and the delivery!I am having a problem with getting it hooked up to our WiFi but I believe it is our WiFi service that is not working properly.

Generac 7043 22kW Guardian Generator
Very happy with this generator and the company I purchased it from. I did pay to have it installed (not a do it yourselfer) and it was well worth it. So far, there hasn't been a situation for it to be seriously used but it's like buying insurance....you don't need it til you need it. I am comfortable that it will work when and if the time comes as it tests itself regularly without fail. Strongly recommend this product!!!

Planned obsolescence
I had an issue with a Generac portable which needed an armature. As a result I am hesitant on buying a home standby generator made by Generac

Good price and fast delivery
Arrived a week after ordering. Perfect condition. Works as advertised.

Great Product but temper delivery expectations
Very happy with the product, installation instructions, and the sales process. Reason for only 3 stars is the time it took to deliver. Ordered end of Aug 2020 when the AP website stated a Sept 25 expected delivery date. Website didn't update new expected delivery date, only stated "awaiting fulfillment". Delivered Oct 14, 2020

Investment victim of "Planned Obsolescence "
We had a Generac Guardian Model # 5G0047250
which was manufactured in 2003 installed that same year.
This was a costly INVESTMENT for us. Every yr we spent at least several hundred dollars on Maintennce.
Several yrs ago we were EXTREMELY disappointed to be told that Generac no longer made replacement parts for our generator. So we had to pay to have a replacement muffler custom made. This has definitely acted as a chilling factor for friends and neighbors who have inquired about our Generac when they were contemplating a generator purchase.
This is an expensive product, which we anticipated the manufacturer would assist customers to MAINTAIN, rather than scrap it and replace it.
