The salesman was very friendly and worked hard to get the information I needed which included whether my generator required an external power source for the battery heater I was ordering. The product was shipped quickly and all other parts of the transaction were good.

Very happy with entire experience. The generator came much sooner than expected, and just in time for huge storms. The power was out for four days, cam on Christmas day, then off again. It's been 17 degrees, so I assume the battery warmer is doing its job.

The battery and warmer had to work in below zero weather for our initial fire up of the generator, It started right up, so must work just fine!

Was tight getting battery with warmer around it in the space provided but once in and plugged in, works great.
