It worked good, but had a problem with the seal and called, but could not talk to anyone. Nobody answered the phone.

Disappointed
I called to inform you that when I had a Generac dealer come out to installed the cover he informed me that I needed a complete Air Filter Assembly and the cover alone would not fix the problem. So of course I allowed him to install the assembly. When I call you in order to return the cover the your representative said she could not take this cover back for a credit. What this tells me that I will have to look to other distributors in the future if this is YOUR return policy. Respectively submitted Robert E. Salois
