The differences in the design changes made to the 20RESCL-100LC16 are an upgrade to the engine mounting block and the gas regulator. They were upgraded to allow for a lower gas pressure (3.5” water column). Benefit of the new 20RESCL-100LC16 - if you have an older gas meter with the new 20RESCL – an upgrade may not need to be made to the gas meter-saving you time in permitting and not upgrading you gas meter (cost savings).
