Starter package
Gen pad elevates unit, gives more footprint over site location, provides positive securing with 3 hold down anchors. Battrery is adaquate saves trip to auto store, my maintenance kit was missing, called jn and it is being shipped. So far generator needs tweeking as RPM sensor would not allow first test run.

Second rate, substitute concrete pad
When our ordered concrete pad arrived, it was damaged and we refused delivery. The second pad /substituted concrete pad, inferior pad !!! arrived it was a poor quality concrete with no inserts. I was informed that the second pad with no inserts would be the same Generac pad in all description except minus the inserts. This was not TRUE, the inferior pad will not accept drilling it breaks through and cracks. To make matters worse the original pad with inserts is depicted on AP electric / Generator web site and available for immediate delivery. VERY poor customer service, This was the third generator purchased from AP and until now no complaint.
